At NRYWORLD, we want you to feel confident about every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns Eligibility

Items may be returned if:

  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery

  • The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • The item is in its original packaging with all tags attached

  • The item is not damaged by misuse or wear after delivery

NRYWORLD reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked Final Sale

  • Worn, washed, or altered items

  • Items without original tags or packaging

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Incorrect sizes

  • Defective items

  • Incorrect items received

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

If your requested size is unavailable, you may choose a store credit instead.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the item

We will arrange a replacement or store credit where applicable.

Refunds

Refunds are issued as store credit only unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

Approved refunds will be processed after the returned item has been inspected.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item is defective

  • The wrong item was sent

We recommend using a tracked courier service when returning items.

How to Request a Return

To request a return or exchange:

  2. Include the reason for the return

  3. Attach photos if the item is damaged or incorrect
